After meeting for several months and holding public consultation sessions, the committee has put together an "Ideas" document that will go out for further public consultation in five meetings in March and April.
Delta can't seem to take no for answer on Southlands
Now that the results of the Oct. 24 Tsawwassen Area Plan public forum have been posted on Delta's website, it is clear Delta planning staff are ignoring the voice of Tsawwassen residents.

It appears to me that Delta's planning department isn't following its own plan. Residents attended the Tsawwassen Area Plan forums and recorded wishes on the department's comment sheets.
