Document doesn't reflect input

It appears to me that Delta's planning department isn't following its own plan. Residents attended the Tsawwassen Area Plan forums and recorded wishes on the department's comment sheets.

Southlands development plan fatally flawed

Sean Hodgins' Century Group hopes to build 2,000 housing units on the 531-acre Southlands property in Tsawwassen. The property is currently zoned agricultural and would need approvals by local and regional authorities to be re-zoned for housing.
